Holistic Transformation and Healing Mastery Summit
September 19, 2026

By registering for the Holistic Transformation and Healing Mastery Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. EVENT ACCESS

Registration provides access to the summit option selected at checkout.

Free registration includes access to the free summit broadcast and any free-registration benefits specifically described on the registration page.

VIP registration includes the VIP experience and the additional courses, gifts, discounts, or other benefits specifically described on the registration page. Any course replays included with VIP registration are separate Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy courses and are not recordings of the summit presentations.

Registration is for the registered participant and may not be resold or shared without prior written permission from ADBO LLC.

2. PAYMENT AND CARD STATEMENT

Paid registrations are processed securely through Stripe.

Charges will appear on your credit or debit card statement as ADBO LLC. By completing your purchase, you authorize ADBO LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You may request a refund for a paid registration before the summit begins by contacting [support@adbo.com](mailto:support@adbo.com).

Once the summit begins on September 19, 2026, all paid registrations are final and no refunds will be issued, including when a participant does not attend, arrives late, leaves early, or experiences circumstances that prevent participation.

Free registrations have no monetary value and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or cash exchange.

Refunds, when approved, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and the participant’s financial institution.

4. SUMMIT CHANGES

ADBO LLC may make reasonable changes to the summit schedule, presentation order, speakers, talk titles, delivery platform, gifts, or other program details when circumstances require.

If a speaker is unable to participate, ADBO LLC may substitute another speaker, modify the schedule, or continue the summit with the remaining presentations. These changes do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

If ADBO LLC cancels the entire paid event and does not provide a rescheduled event or substantially equivalent alternative, paid registrants will receive a refund of the amount paid.

5. TECHNOLOGY AND PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

The summit is delivered online. Participants are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, current software, and the ability to access the applicable online platform.

ADBO LLC is not responsible for interruptions or access problems caused by a participant’s device, internet service, email provider, software, or other circumstances outside ADBO LLC’s reasonable control.

Registration and access information will be sent to the email address supplied during registration. Participants are responsible for entering an accurate email address and checking spam, junk, and promotional folders.

6. GIFTS, COURSES, DISCOUNTS, AND ASSESSMENT CREDITS

Summit gifts, course access, discounts, and assessment credits are subject to the eligibility requirements, redemption instructions, expiration dates, and other conditions provided with the applicable offer.

These benefits:

• have no cash value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted; and
• cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer unless expressly stated.

Failure to redeem a gift, course, discount, or credit within its stated redemption period does not create a right to a refund or replacement benefit.

Products or services offered independently by summit speakers are provided by those speakers or their businesses. ADBO LLC is not responsible for independent speaker offers, purchases, services, guarantees, or refund policies.

7. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

The summit, presentations, courses, gifts, and related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through the summit constitutes individualized medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Participation does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other professional treatment relationship with ADBO LLC, Dr. Beverly Lawrence, or any summit speaker.

Participants should use their own judgment and consult an appropriate qualified professional regarding personal circumstances or decisions. No specific health, financial, personal, spiritual, or business outcome is promised or guaranteed.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Summit presentations, course materials, handouts, recordings, graphics, written materials, and other content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Participants may use the materials for their own personal, noncommercial purposes. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, teach from, or commercially use summit content or materials without written permission from the applicable copyright owner.

9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must communicate respectfully and must not disrupt the summit, misuse the online platform, share access credentials, solicit other participants without permission, or engage in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct.

ADBO LLC may remove a participant whose behavior interferes with the summit or the safety and participation of others. Removal for violating these terms does not entitle the participant to a refund.

10. PRIVACY

Registration information will be used to process registration, provide summit access, communicate event information, deliver included benefits, provide customer support, and maintain necessary business records.

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s applicable privacy and security practices. Additional information about ADBO LLC’s handling of personal information is available in its Privacy Policy.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADBO LLC, its owners, representatives, speakers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in or inability to access the summit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADBO LLC’s total liability relating to a paid registration will not exceed the amount the participant paid directly to ADBO LLC for that registration.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or the summit will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona unless applicable law requires otherwise.

I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. I understand that paid registrations are nonrefundable after the summit begins on September 19, 2026, and that charges will appear on my card statement as ADBO LLC.
You will be sent notification emails for the summit and gifts. You may continue to receive occasional updates and announcements about future events.
You may unsubscribe at any time.
Your name and email is all that we have and will not be shared, soled or otherwise distributed. It is maintained by AWeber, our email processing partner.

REFUND POLICY

Holistic Transformation and Healing Mastery Summit
September 19, 2026

Paid VIP registrations may be canceled for a full refund before the scheduled start of the summit on September 19, 2026.

Refunds must be requested through ThriveCart before the summit begins. Return to ThriveCart using the order information provided with your purchase and submit your refund request there.

Once the summit begins, all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. This includes requests based on nonattendance, late arrival, early departure, personal scheduling conflicts, technology problems outside ADBO LLC’s control, or failure to use or redeem included courses, gifts, discounts, or assessment credits.

Free registrations involve no payment and therefore are not eligible for a refund, credit, or cash exchange.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, the payment processor, and returned to the original payment method. The time required for a refund to appear will depend on Stripe and the participant’s financial institution.

ThriveCart and ADBO LLC, including [support@adbo.com](mailto:support@adbo.com), do not have access to or retain participants’ credit card, banking, or other financial-account information. All financial information is securely processed and retained by Stripe.

If ADBO LLC cancels the entire paid event and does not provide a rescheduled event or substantially equivalent alternative, paid registrants will receive a refund of the amount paid.
